In the past the Healers, the Medicine Woman, and Men would be taken care of by the tribe as they were in return caring for the tribe as a whole. There was always an exchange of energy, even if it was a chicken, a blanket, a trinket of some sort. Coming into modern times, we do that through money. In the past Tiffany Masters personally spent hours a day working on all the Healing Requests she had received and yet there was often no exchange of energy. Unfortunately, there have been numerous days when it has been hard to come up with the money to get Joshua, "The Super Dog" a box of biscuits.
